Shipping & delivery information

Delivery time is 1–3 business days from order receipt. Orders received before 14:00 on a business day are usually shipped the same day.

These delivery times apply to standard shipments within the EU. Public holidays and peak periods may extend the delivery time slightly.

Shipping within the EU is free of charge. No additional shipping costs apply.

Prices displayed in the shop are final prices including statutory VAT and exclude any shipping costs.

We deliver to all member states of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Customers in Switzerland are kindly asked to order directly via our Swiss shop: https://curacap.ch (independent shipping from Switzerland, prices in CHF, no customs).

Shipping is handled via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment from our German warehouse. Amazon serves only as the logistics provider; the contractual seller remains CuraCap GmbH.

Shipments are sent in neutral packaging without Amazon branding.

Shipping carriers may be DHL, DPD or Hermes depending on the region.

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow the status of your delivery at any time.

If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days at info@curacap.biz with a photo and the order number. We will arrange replacement or refund without delay.

For non-delivered shipments, please also contact info@curacap.biz. We will check the shipment status with the carrier and take the necessary action.
